JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a methodical Market Research analyst to survey customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision making process regarding product designs, prices and promotions. The successful market researcher will be able to analyse autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document daily progress and aim at exceeding it regularly
  • Plan and schedule the marketing routes
  • Record sales (create a database) of the clients for future products.
  • Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
  • Compile and analyse statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best Practice

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

Pursuing post graduate or graduate from premier institute of India or any other relevant professional qualification. Candidate pursuing MBA ( specialisation in business marketing) degree will be preferred.
Graduation - BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases
  • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle Sales, Leasing of residential, commercial, IT properties and plotted developments.
  • Identify market segments, define and execute salesstrategies.
  • Create and manage clientrelationships.
  • Generate business for products and services of thecompany.
  • Create new business opportunities and achieve businesstargets.
  • Independently market the projects of the company from head office and at sites assigned, from time to time besides other specific assignments.
  • Be responsible to collect 100% of consideration amounts due from sale of flats/shops.
  • Build contacts with real estate agents andbrokers.
  • Successfully plan and participate in real estate exhibitions.
  • Marketing the plan of the projects of the company, commercial space renting and selling.
  • Hard and soft selling through ads, tele-marketing, internetetc.
  • Follow-up all leads for conversions into sales /leases
  • Conduct site visits with customers
